How to purchase

Following text will show you the process of products order on our pages.

Commercial terms 
You can choose products according to competent herb that they contain, eventually directly via page: products offer.

Clicking on the product name you will se window with detailed information, prize and photo. 

When you choose the product you can write into the competent panel, marked Quantity, the number of product package that you want to order. Here is pre-filled the number 1. By pressing the panel with symbol of basket, you will order product.

After putting into the basket you will se actual total state of your order.

On the page Your purchase is digestedly shown goods in your basket, prize for each product and total purchase prize. Each item you can also take out from the basket, by pressing the panel delete, on the right at each item.

When you finish the product choice you can fill in order by pressingthe panel, to go into order form.
Fill in required data and check everything carefully.

For finishing the order, press the panel SENT THE ORDER.

By this was your order sent. Its acceptance we will confirm you by return on your e-mail, where you will find the order copy with high hand of goods and prizes.


We sent the goods C.O.D. via Czech post for mentioned postage. Then it is possible to call in residence of our company, viz contact.


Commercial terms 

I. Opening establishment1. These commercial terms are valid for purchase in internet shop http://www.oroverde.cz//. Conditions determine and specify rights and duties of seller who is company Oro Verde s.r.o., with the residence in Prague 10, V předpolí 4/1426, PSČ 100 00, factory in Prague 10, Petrohradská 7a, PSČ 101 00, IČ 26117177, DIČ CZ26117177 registered in commercial register led byMunicipal court in Prague, area C. , cup 71587 and buyer.

II. Order and purchase contract closing
1. Orders lodged via internet shop http://www.oroverde.cz// are obligatory. By lodging order, the buyer confirms that he met these commercial terms and agrees with them.
2. Order of buyer is proposal of purchase contract. Purchase contract is created at the moment of taking the ordered goods by buyer.
3. Internet shop http://www.oroverde.cz// contains all information neaded to close contract in terms of contract general and also essential terms. Always contains name, description and prize of goods. All prizes of goods are listed including VAT.
4. The condition of validity of electronic order is filling in of all datas and terms pre-defined by form.
5. Place of delivery is address stated by buyer in the order form.
6. Ownership to goods passes on buyer under the condition of paying the purchas prize, by its taking.
7. By filling in and sending order form, the buyer gives agreement to seller to compile and archive personal data about buyer and his purchases.
8. If buyer chooses the form of sending goods, he will pay postage and packing according to valid price list, stated on pages of internet shop http://www.oroverde.cz//. Postage and packing will not be added to buyer if the value of his order exceeds the value of USD 250,- netto. Postage and packing will not be charged if buyer takes goods personally in factory of Oro Verde s r.o. company.

III. Claim
1. Buyer is due to check goods immediately after its taking.
2. If he finds out any visible defects, for which are considered all findable defects at goods taking, the buyer is due to make out evidence about damage with delivery post. Buyer has the right in this case not to take goods.
3. Visible defects, buyer immediately claims at seller. Condition of such a claim is documenting of evidence about damage at transport, underwritten by delivery post.
4. Costs and damage that create as the result of improper or late use of visible defects, or as the result of not drawing evidence about damage pays completely buyer.
5. If buyer finds any defects after taking goods in period of guarantee, he has the right to use claim. He can do this at seller always in a written form with stating concrete reasons of claim. For reason of claim can not be considered e.g. different taste of product against expectation of buyer or reaching of a lower effect than was expected by buyer. For reason of claim can be on the other hadn if  owing to product consumption begins alergic reaction although instructions expressly warn against possibility of alergic reaction. In such a case buyer submits confirmation of physician about created alergic problems in connection with product consumption. In case that buyer claims product for the reason of healthy (hygienic) defect, sumbits about it a protocol from hygienic (microbiologic) examination of product.
6. Lenght of period of guarantee follows valid terms of Civil Code and lasts 24 months or date of expiration on the package.
7. Claim including clearance defects must be settled without necessary delay, at latest until 30 days from the day of claim use, if the buyer and seller do not agree on a longer period. After expiry of this period has the buyer the same rights as it goes about non-recoverable defect.
8.  Claimed goods is necessary to be send in original package. Post or carrier (courier service) do not guarantee bad packed deliveries. Producer usually do not accept guarantee at goods damaged when transport although damage came to light before transport. Costs on transport pays buyer.

IV. Rights and duties of seller
1. Selller has the duty to settle obligatory order, send ordered goods and deliver on buyer´s address in term that he advises to buyer when confirmation of order. When taking goods on post, event. in factory of seller at personal draw-off, buyer gets a tax document on goods.
2. All personal data provided at registration are close.
3. Seller has the duty to delete registred customer from database in case that customer asks it in a written form.
4. Seller has the right to refuse order if buyer did not fulfil his duty to take goods or pay the purchase prize.
5. Seller has the right to back out of purchase contract (obligatory order) if the performance becomes impossible, if he did not agree on a new performance with buyer. In case that buyer payed ordered goods in advance and backs out of contract from the above-mentioned reason, seller gives back to buyer the total amount not later than within 15 days from written determination delivery.

V. Rights and duties of buyer1. Buyer is due to put right and complete post address on which ordered goods is to be sent on.
2. Buyer is due to take ordered goods and pay total prize.
3. Buyer has the right on deleting of his personal data from database if he asks about it in a written form. Seller attach to delete all data about buyer from database not later than in 3 days from written demand delivery.
4. Buyer has the right to back out from contract in 14 days from goods taking. Backing out must be realized via registered letter addressed to buyer on address Oro Verde s r.o., Petrohradská 7a, CZ 101 00 Prague 10, in letter must be stated  identification of buyer, goods that the backing out concerns, account on which is to be returned purchase prize, must be holographic underwritten and delivered to seller in above-mentioned 14 days period also with goods. Crucial for determination of 14 days period is posed confirmation about goods taking and stamp of posting post of buyer on which is given goods for return. Goods must be without damage, usage or abrasion, in original compact cover. Costs on transport of goods pays buyer. On stated terms after receiving of returned goods, seller gives back without delay purchase prize, via transfer order, to buyer.  Buyer can not back out from purchase contract on services providing if with coordination with it, their fulfilment began before expiry of 14 days period from fulfilment taking.

VI. Closing establishment
1. These commercial terms are valid in the form stated on internet pages of seller, at the day of delivery of electronic order by buyer.
2. By sending electronic order, buyer accepts all commercial terms in the form valid at the day of order sending, also valid prize of ordered goods stated in catalogue of Internet shop http://www.oroverde.cz//, if in a concrete case was agreed demonstrably in another way.
3. For post communication is valid for seller the address of factory Oro Verde s r.o., Petrohradská 7a, 101 00 Prague10, for electronic communication info@oroverde.cz.

These conditions are valid from the 1st of January of 2010
